I wish I could say the same thing for my experience with BUSA service, but I can't. I went through a complete nightmare just trying to get my Steelfish regulated. Basically after 2 separate trips, 2 letters, 3 phone calls I had my watch returned to my requested +1 sec. per day adjustment. My travel cover was never returned, supposedly due to the fact that they have a new & improved travel cover. Finally received that one after 3 months of waiting only to be dissapointed. That was 6 months ago and my Steelfish is slowly creeping back towards 4 to 5 seconds fast. UGHHH!
