Hey ya'll...

I am stuck on this one; I like the Chronomat Evo because it reminds me of my latest Blackbird that I sold. However, I love that BIG Super Avenger look. Also, This would be an everyday watch, I do alot of business all over the US and travel an awful lot. Would the SA be too much??? I personally don't think so but others might.

Give me your thoughts!

For me, personally, I prefer the SA - I'm not overly keen on the sub dials of the CE but they make it more 'dressy' if that makes sense! Don't get me wrong, I wouldnt say no to either :)

Try them both on! Have a good butchers at them both, see what you like

Thats exactly what I am going to end up doing! My whole thing is that if I end up going with the Evolution a year from now I will be kicking myself because I am always going to want that SA! I just don't want to get sick of wearing every day though....thats what I am afraid of.

You like the EVO.

You love the SA.

So long as you've not got wimpy wrists (like me!), the SA will be great as an everyday watch.

Stop being a wuss, get down to your AD and buy the SA

You don't want to worry about what others think. "Others" aren't going to be wearing it! You are!

Watches need to be a totally personal decision, so if you like the SA and you think it looks good on you then I'd say go for it.

True, however in business many times first impressions mean a lot!
But you are right, I should get what I like!

Thanks for the advise!

I wear my SA daily and love it. I considered a chronomat but decided bigger was better (and at a more attractive price).

The only issue I have is watches that I previously considered getting feel much smaller than they used to. I've gotten so used to the size of my SA that I wouldn't even consider a watch smaller than 45mm. I'm even considering larger pieces for my next watch.

I had the white dial SA, sold it and got the Chronomat EVO. My reason that i sold the SA was that it started to hurt my wrist after couple hours of use. It can get heavy after a while. If you can pull off the SA on your wrist than go for it.

Cheers,

Just don't wear it around your neck, and you be golden ;)

Go to your AD and try them both out and see what feels/looks better. If you already done that, JUST PULL THE TRIGGER!!!!! :guns:
