That looks in very nice order for a used piece 8) Good choice!

I would be on the phone first thing, or better still knocking on her door to get the paper work.

Just out of curiosity, why do you say its used? As far as I know its brand new.

I would agree with you that I would be knocking on her door as well. But Im navagating a thin line as this watch was a gift. Im communicating with the jewler through my father who bought the watch for me. Pushing this issue too much makes it look like I think theres something wrong with the gift. Ill get it worked out though.

i agree u have to be tactful but ideally u need the paperwork, be impossible to get stuff sorted on warranty without it for example.

Nice pic! You got the same one as me, and I love it! Just say that you need the warranty just in case something happens to it. I understand you want to be tactful since it's a gift (and a beautiful one at that) and dont' want to sound like an ingrate.

Oh sorry mate, must have misunderstood. It was this that made me think someone else had originally purchased the watch.

Im guessing its because she bought the watch from a AD and that perons identity cant be shown to me?

I can understand you not wanting to push too much on the paperwok, but if she deals with watch sales daily, then I'm sure your family friend will understand
