Since the name is punched into the card, getting the correct address should be easy.

So, if someone buys a watch from another person who got it at an AD, but sold it with completely blank open papers, containing the AD perforated name....

...and you wanted to send in the warranty card/registration to get the free hat and register the watch in your name....

Do you need to know:

1. The name and address of the AD?
2. The exact date of purchase?
3. The salesperson's name?

I'm in this situation right now, and don't know exactly how I should fill it out. I picked up a 4 month old batons dial SA on TZ, and I'm already the 3rd owner of it. I can't track down the details from the 1st owner too easily.

1. Should be easy to figure this out. Just google the name on the card.
2. If you really think it is 4mo, you can probably fudge it a bit and no one will care.
3. I can't imagine this matters. Depending on how nefarious you want to be, you could call them, get the name of one of the salespeople, and use that.

Just to add to your response:

3. Ive never seen any salesperson actually write their name. Mine have had signatures, which I highly doubt BUSA can decipher.

On a side note, you should probably just call the AD and ask them. If it was legitimately purchased from them, they would probably have no problem filling in the card for you.
