I recently (May 1) placed an order with an AD, and have not heard since. Is it too pushy of me to contact him and ask how the process is going with my order? two weeks have passed do I contact or just sit tight.

Thanks

The waiting is killing me. I hopefully soon will be receiving an SA BS.

Can't hurt to call them and ask - they should be able to give you an update at least.

I agree with Roff. Was it in stock or did they tell you they have to order it?

I had to order my Red dialed Chronomat and it took at least a month to come in. It's never going to hurt to call, a good AD is going to use every chance they have to build a relationship with you to get repeat business. I waited a month, it was the longest month of my life, so you may have to wait that as well. Good luck!

The customer is always right. In my opinion, you are entitled to call every day to ask. It's your money and your watch. They are a business and should tolerate it.

I ordered my first Breitling, a 2007 Blue Airwolf, on or about March 07. I did not receive the watch until Oct 07. The AD I was dealing with would call me every few weeks to check in on me and my interest since the wait was getting fairly out of control. I almost lost interest in it. When I finnally received the watch, it was a thing of beauty!! I was a little apprehensive about wearing so much BLING!!! In my mind, everyone was going to notice this watch. I finnaly got over this and have enjoyed owning it for the last 18 months. Was it worth the wait? I probably could have received it quicker for sure if there had been an AD I could trust anywhere close to where I live. There is now, and I waited exactly 1 sec when I bought my second one, a Steelfish with blue dial and brushed baclet. I have worn it almost every day since.

Bottom line, these are impressive watches and worth the wait to get what you want...
