Astro - Soon enough my friend, soon enough. I've been studying extra hard to get it done. When I post pictures you'll know why.

Look, I don't care if you get a CPL or not...but put the darn camera close enough so we can see the thing!

Congrats (on both accounts, CPL & Airwolf) may you enjoy them both for years to come.

lmfao. i guess this teasing isnt such a great idea after all....I think I'll take some shots of it and get it sized. At least I won't be wearing it so I'd say that counts right?

Whizzler - I want to have it for a career but it seems like it's getting stagnant. How long have you been in the industry? You fly in the UK? My flight instructor came from there to learn here and still works here. He doesn't care much for the UK and he was in the royal military.

I did most of my hours in the UK, did my first 50 hours in Spain, its quieter out there and easier to hour build. Took 18 months to do my training from zero hours, and now i'm looking at doing an instructors rating. There are not many jobs going in the airlines right now, and what jobs are available tend to go to the guys with a couple of thousand hours! I am giving some thought to moving abroad though, hadn't thought of Canada before now, but I might have to do some research into it!

If we have any super rich people on board who have a private jet, I am at your beck and call!! :)

Nice watch, but explain this to me.
What's going on here?
It's looking from an aeronautical novices viewpoint that a Breitling Emergency might be a more appropriate choice. :D

One might think so! However, the aircraft already has a far superior ELT built in. Also, if you were to ditch, the lift rafts usually have ELTs aswell. And if you were to ditch, and were to become seperated from the life raft..well..you're having a really bad day! and will most probably have already placed your head between your legs, and kissed your ass goodbye!

No my friend. That´s a A320 registered in Chile. I´ve been flying in Lan Chile (national airline) for 10 years. First B737, then B767 and since march 2008 as A320 captain.
I really remember with great joy my first steps in the industry.

Good luck!!!!!!!! :uplaugh:
