I´d say the Seawolf looks more rugged, and it feels like a tank! It really impresses when you handle it, not that it looks bad on pictures, but you really need to try one on to get it... also, speaking of rugged - I bet it can withstand a lot of abuse, so if you want to use your watch wherever you go, it is much better than the Skyland.
Also, since it is partially brushed it is a bit less bling and more "tool"-looking.

Finally mine is on order (again, since I had to cancel my order the the last time), got both ProII and a black OR for it.
