I'd recommend Rocks the Jewelers in the Hard Rock hotel, its a small little place but last time i was there they had over 100 B's to choose from. If you go ask for Warren, hes a buddy of mine so if you tell him Noah sent you he'll hook it up!

The preowned market in Vegas is great. Obviously check yelp reviews in choosing a seller. I like Desert Diamond Jewelers, 10 minutes off the strip and all 5 star reviews.
