I know that the latest version of this watch is called the Aerospace Evo (2013 +)

The version before that was in production, I believe from 2007 - 2013.

What is the Aerospace Avantage? Where does that fall in the line and is it considered a special edition?

Aerospace in one form or another goes back to 1985. Aerospace Advantage was not a special edition, but more likely a transitional model that moved the watch from 40mm to the later 42mm size. It was renamed back to simply Aerospace in 2007.

Aerospace Avantage (not Advantage) is transitional model where first Aerospace grew to 42mm with 22 mm lugs and was produced from 2005-2013
