I liked my Navi, but I love my Crosswind Special. It's been the perfect watch for me, and I really appreciate the big date.

Where'd you get that phone case?

I made it by using a Ringke Slim case and decals. :)

I'm going to say my Chronospace, because I own one and wear it regularly in my rotation. However, I keep looking at the Chronospace having tried one on in Breitling boutique. I just can't bring myself to sell the 'space to fund a 'liner.

Old thread revived....

Ever since I got this watch my answer has never changed, despite all the bad comments about it. It's not just my choice of one single Breitling, but one single watch regardless of brand. It might not have that long history like the Navi, but to me it is the epitome of Breitling essence and spirit. It is a pilot watch, it is a dive watch, it is a land watch. Any strap, any outfit, any occasion. It looks classic and elegant in the dark and it looks modern and forceful in the sun.

I fully agree. Since I bought mine it's getting the most wrist time. It's probably my most comfortable watch at the moment. Image

This is a very difficult question. I absolutely love my Navi 01 but the trouble is I can't see the time on it. (Without wearing my glasses). The hour and minute hands are just too thin. On my Chronospace Black Steel and Chronomat 44 I can see the time clearly without Glasses. I think the Navi is the Breitling Icon and this why I bought it. I love the fine details it has on its busy dial but can only appreciate it if I wear glasses. My eyes aren't even that's bad (1,5). I think my Navi is my most beautiful Breitling but the Watch that is getting the most wrist time is my Chronomat 44. I haven't even mentioned my Transoceans or Navi 806. A man. I don't know. So, for now I would have to go with the Chronomat 44. ImageImageImageImageImageImage

I love my Navi 01 too. I bought it because of a very good deal when it was launched(almost 35% discount) and it's such a legend and Breitling icon that I had to get one. However after getting it I realized that it's getting the least of my wrist time, partly because it feels more fragile compared to my other 2. It's not as legible too, not just because of the intricate dial but also some detailings that delay "reading at a glance" by a split sec. Winding the watch has been been a pain on this watch unlike my other 2 which are extremely easy. I guess they want to maintain the classic look on this watch so to me it's form over function. When I wear casual and want to look more sporty I wear my Chronomat and moreover it's tough for anything. Sometimes when I wear formal, I want the watch to mold better to my wrist and fit nicely the cuffs, my batman does a better job. Sometimes they switch roles so it seems like my Navi didn't get much chances to go out of my house. I don't regret getting my Navi but my Chronomat seems to be doing all the job I need. The detailings on the entire piece just grows more and more on me day by day. I am glad that there are not more than 2000 people having the same piece :lingsrock:

My favorite watch and Breitling is definitely the Navitimer 01. A legend, an icon and one of the most recognizable watches around!!!. Love mine!. Actually got rid of an Omega PO and a moonwatch to get it and don't regret it one bit!. As far as the dial being busy, I love it!. It's part of the Navitimer charm to me. I've always wanted a Navitimer since I was young and when they made one with an inhouse movement, I jumped on it.

Maybe I have really good eyes but reading the time is just as easy as any other watch I've owned and I've owned several dozens from three handers to chronos!. My favorite watch!.

It's very close between my Chronospace and Chronomat at the moment. I think circumstances also change. I've been on holiday for a couple of weeks now and the Chronospace and Chronomat are the only watches I wear. The Navi and Transoceans doesn't fit at the beach. The other way around does actually work. (Wearing the Chronomat and Chronospace for work).
