Hi guys

Just a quick question; i was winding my navitimer world today and realized it was clicking when winding. A sort of clicking sound.
I was on the phone when winding and may have overwound it.

Have i possibly damaged the watch?

You can't overwind an automatic watch. The noise is the click being pushed up by teeth in the keyless works and then returning under pressure from the click spring. It's perfectly normal and necessary to the operation of the watch.
