Pushers and crown are neither solid not plated, but capped / rolled gold - a laminated sheet over a steel core. The crowns are thicker sheets than they used to be but not solid. Now gold doesn't oxidise, so something odd is going on there, some kind of staining or failing in the laminating process maybe??
The COSC certificate can be replaced by the AD so no issue there, there should be an instruction manual for the watch as well as the box and warranty. The key to the warranty is going to be the original receipt so as long as you keep that you'll be good for the 5 years.
