Hey guys,

I had my Breitling Bentley Motors T stolen out of a locker about a year ago. I reported the watch to the police department with the numbers stated on the certificate of authenticity. They said nothing popped up as far as pawn shops go. I continuously serarch online to see if anyone tries to sell it but not luck as of yet.

Can anyone give me any pointers or was there any specific number i should have told the detective. The watch was a A2536313/G552, but im not sure if i was supposed to give the entire number to the detective. It seems like i should just use the A25363.. thanks again for any help

Peter

Right, the numbers that you gave are only the model number, tracing it is going to require the serial number which will be on the warranty and COSC if you didn't note the one on the watch.

Welcome to BreitlingSource.

Also alert Breitling with the serial numbers, if it ever goes in for a service it will pop up in their records as stolen.

Another thing to consider: contact your home or renter's insurance company and see if it was covered. My insurance company had me take out a "jewelry and valuables" policy, which will cover my watch and several other items I own to include theft while traveling. It was only about $10 per month for this policy enhancement.

Thank you guys for the tips. I provided all the information to the police department and will be contacting Breitling. With regards to the homeowner's insurance, it was stolen from my gym bag at the gym. Should have never worn it there :(
