I've been looking for a Navitimer blue sky for quite some time, and have recently started considering that maybe I'm just as interested in the black dial Navitimer 01 LE. The problem is, I haven't seen either of these watches in person. I'd love to know where I can see either of these in on sale in the NYC or LI area. Alternatively, if anybody with one of these will be in NYC in the near future and wouldn't mind a fast show and tell, I'd be happy to come!

Have you check out London jeweler in manhasset mall?

I have. That place is in my opinion the best watch distributor I've ever been to from an atmosphere and selection standpoint. Unfortunately, they don't have either one that I'm looking to see.

Im sure the original LE is long sold out, second hand is most likely your only option there.....

I agree, and I wouldn't want to pay a brand new price either I just want to see them in person and then go back to lurking the pre-owned markets with certainty for what I want

When I was in Philly at Govberg last March I checked out the blue and silver dial LE versions in the case while wearing my own black dial LE version (sold last Dec.). In my opinion the best of the 3 was the blue dial. Also, if you get a navitimer I'd strongly recommend a bracelet.

If you don't mind checking out a white dial LE, I noticed there's one for sale in our own sales forum. Check it out.

I am checking it out, but ironically a white one would be for my girlfriend, not me
