Had to chance today to catch up with Brice whilst in Paris on holidays.

Image

Brice was the perfect host and organised the meetup at Ladurée on Champs-Élysées (which made instantly interested... The prospect of men talking watches for hours didn't interest her so much, but world famous Macarons clinched the deal). Thankfully my wife ended up having a great time over coffee with us as well.

Over some coffee and Macarons we had the chance to admire each others' Cosmonaute's and talk watches.

It was the first chance I've had to see the white dial Cosmonaute in person... Pure beauty! I love the contrast of the dark subdials, and how then white/silver dial changes colour in the light.

The coffee was great, and my wife is still swooning over the Macarons (she bought a takeaway 12 pack!)

I had a great time, and was wonderful to meet the man behind so many wonderful photos here on the forums! Unfortunately I had such a good time I forgot to take a photo of Brice and I together as intended, so will have to settle for a photo of our 2 Cosmonautes!

Thanks for a great afternoon Brice! We had a great time :)

Thats awesome! Will be there this summer and it will be the first time for my fiancee (will be wife at that point). Hopefully I can get off the Champs-Élysées without too much damage!

Cool to see meetups like this and for sharing them. I'm new to the watch world, but have similar stories internationally with regards to cars.

Shame on me !
I didn't even thought of making a group picture of our catch up...
Basically, I've just shot our watches, then missing the most friendly faces smiling at us (i.e. me & the kids)...
So, here they are:
our 2 Cossies.

This black dialed one is a genuine piece of History, boldly expressing its cosmic DNA !

(Yes Doc, I know, you already shown us those two sisters... But, please, I need to display something !)

And Dr's Emergency is just incredible (feels like with George Clooney and Ming Na in ER TV series ! )

What a blue marvel !

Well, we had a great time together !
Cheers my friend,
Brice

That's what I'm often considering...
Or maybe an Aerospace, with those wonderfully designed hands...
Cheers,
Brice
