Hi I am looking for some help I have just bought a breitling superocean 44 only 3 weeks old but I have noticed that it has picked up about 40 seconds since I set it . Should I return this under warranty

Since you set it 3 weeks ago, you mean? If so it's gained 40 seconds in 21 days which is about two seconds a day, well within COSC specs and a good timekeeper...
