How do you feel about the rose gold cases for the superocean 44 and the heritage 46? Will this fade over time? Are there issues with scratching? I'm looking into purchasing one and would like to know your feelings on these models.

Regards

As far as I know the rosegold doesn't fade but it does scratch easily. Gold is a softer metal than steel so if you're not careful, you'll have scratches in no time...

Rose gold doesn't really fade, but the colour does change over the years depending on the chemical composition of the rose gold. As noted gold is softer than stainless steel so it will be more susceptible to scratching.

Rose gold is an alloy of copper and gold so yes as stated it can develop a slight (but not undesirable) color change over time.

Feeling on this watch? I may go for a full gold bezel Chronomat 45 instead. Is that a better choice?

'Better' depends on which you prefer!
