I received word from BUSA on Wednesday that my navi world will ship over night tomorrow. What a pain in my ass this has been. One of the reasons I sent it in was because it was running about +10sec a day. I was using the US naval observatory atomic clock to time it. I was told by BUSA that it was within the tolerances so I asked if I would receive a printout so I could see where it's at and maybe I was doing something wrong. I asked them about the printout and one other simple yes or no question, they promptly replied that my email would be forwarded to the service team. After a day or two with no response I asked if they heard anything yet. I then received a lengthy email explaining that the service team were professionals and they were well aware of my concers, but still didn't answer my verry simple questions. As if they were not capable of making mistakes, but some how I received a watch that didn't meet the standards they advertise. This whole time I had been dealing with the same person so I know he was well aware of the situation. I sent one last email asking if he could maybe spare a few lousy mins out of his day to answer my questions. Within a min of sending I receive a auto response from him that he will be out of the office till the 15th and any emails would be answered upon his return. What a joke their customer service it. I don't know about any of you, but I deal with disgruntled customers all the time. If I was to treat a customer this way I would have lost my job a long time ago.

Like yourself, I also have to deal with unhappy customers and yes I Behaved like that I would certainly be contributing to the jobless statistics.
Doesn't sound good.

If your watch does not come back in proper working order, time for the phone call. I have had to call BUSA only once but my concerns were taken care of like unbelievably fast and detailed. I got their attention, nicely, but effectively in a manner that they knew I was upset.

Don't mess with my watch. LOL.

I called them 2 months ago at the beginning of this mess to make sure all my issues were taken care of properly on the first try. I had only had the watch for less that 6 months. They already knew I was upset and I still had to deal with this BS. They sent me a duffle bag and a book safe which is nice, but I bought what I thought was a great watch not luggage. If I didn't absolutely love the look of the navitimer I would have already told them to shove it and bought a rolex.

Ahh, I see you live in my neck of the woods. Hope it all works out well for you.
Hate to say it but the problems I, you and others have with today's Breitling is why I stopped buying the new models in 2005. I am strictly vintage Breitling now.

I wanted to wear my watch for a full day before posting that everything is all good. In the email they said it was within COSC specs, but would look for minor adjustments. Whatever they did worked, they got it from +10 a day to just under +2 so far. The bezel that I had to enlist the help of mike Tyson to move now glides like a hot knife through butter. Brand new crystal with no AR missing. So good to have my watch back on my wrist. I only went through 1 bottle of Vicodin for all the headache they caused me. Thanks to all for the positive thoughts and understanding. Funny how gloomy your days can be without your favorite watch, but when your wife goes to see her inlaws the first thing you do is call your buddies to go out for a good time...
