I'm certainly glad I don't have any signs of this affliction you all speak of . I feel you can never look at the Chronolog too much as long as you show a modicum of self control.

I bought my first Breitling early in July and with the greatest forbearance waited until the third week of July before purchasing a second one.

So turning to the next page of the Chronolog..., Oh, look at that...something in titanium...Hmmm...yellow dial ?

Brushed Blackbird
Chronomat White dial

What's self control?

I beat you. I bought my first Breitling in early July too but showed self control and waited until today to buy another.

In no particular order:

Super Avenger White Dial (on order already)
Super Avenger Black Dial
Super Avenger Blacksteel
(see a pattern here)

Seems we share a common bug Mario... ;)

I have mentioned this before; after owning a SA for a while the interest in other models tend to lower (with the exception of the Bentleys), as every single watch feels tiny and insignificant. I was at my AD this weekend and tried on the SOH46 and the CA-M1, and while they are both nice pieces they both felt just.... small.... unimportant.
I am just thinking SA SA SA and occasionally 6.75 6.75 6.75.

So when is Breitling going to make an even larger watch???
I crave more!

That's why I am resisting the urge for a SA. I'm afraid everything else will feel small after wearing one.

OK so I was lying! I don't actually hate the Chronolog at all...... In fact my problem is the exact opposite!!!! Everytime I open the damn thing I find myself spending (in my mind at least) more cash than is really sensible!

As of today I need the following (Note, it's not "want", it's "NEED"!!) :-

1. A black dial SS Montbrillant Legende.
2. A Superocean Heritage Chronographe on black leather.
3. Maybe a white dial/baton marker SA on the bracelet (yeah, I know I've just sold a white dial/arabic's SA, but I think I need a baton model now too! ).
4. Maybe a white dial SS Chronomatic 49 on black leather.

.......and now I've just come to the conclusion that I've really got to have a gold model of some description too! WHERE DOES THIS COME FROM!! :?:

Maybe a red gold Chronomatic 49, or a red gold Navitimer World.... or perhaps a rose gold Bentley Motors T (if I could find one). Any of them would be on brown croco to keep a modicum of taste about the proceedings.... but it's still not going to be cheap!

I think I need professional help!

You've got me thinking about a solid gold version of my favorite Breitling. What do you think about a yellow gold Super Avenger, with a black dial , gold batons and a solid gold proII bracelet? I wonder if they would do a LE like this ever? They are bound to have success with the LE blacksteel SA, a solid gold case would be spectacular.

Ha ha! I guess I'm just an inclusive kind of guy! No, I must be honest but some of those great pictures by In2Deep have started to sway me a little, and to be honest I kind of miss not having a white dial SA option since I traded my old one. :? Not 100% sure if I miss it enough to warrant buying another, but if I do it'll be a baton marker one for two reasons. Firstly it honestly has grown on me, and secondly I'd buy it on the bracelet, so I'd want it to be as different as poss from my black arabic numeral SA.
