Hello
I just recieved an early Aerospace via EBay and found NAVIIMER on the back. Is that legitimate? Also it has the model number F56059L stamped on the back. It is a Titanium with gold and grey face but the Model Reference Numbers Explained on this site states that F is not used as the case metal and L is green. Can anyone explain? Im also looking for a titanium/gold or titanium/titanium link if anyone has one for sale.

It's perfectly legitimate, just a very early model. Welcome to BreitlingSource.

:welcome:

I compiled the numbers chart on here and made an error on the F designation which I missed on proof reading. Admin knows about it but hasn't got round to amending it yet. F is indeed titanium case/bezel with gold riders. Sorry for the confusion.

As for the L reference, this is used in a long, full model reference eg A2332212/B635, not on a case back. I've not seen it used on a case back so can't say what it's for. Maybe a throwback to the pre-1990 numbering system.
