Unfortunately, the black one was gone, at least not in the window any more, or the showcase inside. There was another one - however - a 2007, I believe gold with a croc strap, and a Milli Miglia, LE of only 50 pieces! I wish I had more time to look and ask about them. The lady in the shop who I know was dealing with other customers - when it's summer in Vancouver, it is cruise ship time, and lots of people from out of town, Vancouver is quite cheap for shopping I hear. I was kind of in a hurry, too, so couldn't linger. A bit odd for this jeweller to have so many "priceless" Chopard pieces really. They have other brands, of course, including Omega, but I never see a lot of the higher end ones.
The Blacksteel is great, but I am wearing it every day, including to work, and already have a few nics and bruises on it. May have to start wearing the Steelfish more often.
