Hello,

I would like everybody's opinion. I currently own one SA with white face and batons as well as a Tag Hauer Grand Carerra Calibre 6 with white face and Croc band and deployant.

I am now up to my third watch and I need your advice. I've narrow it down to:

- Chrono Superocean with Black face
- Chronomat Evolution with Blue face
- Omega Planet Ocean 45mm with Black Bezel

I think that these are all great watches but I heard that the Planet Ocean has some potential problems with it such as loose bezel (after a period of time), bad customer support in Australia, and there is also some info in the net that some of its pieces have problems with its movements when the seconds hand will jump a second (check it out in YouTube).

I look forward to your responses, thank you in advance and please bear in mind that I am also open for suggestion for other watches.

Buzz.

This all depends on what you will be using the watch for and budget!

Chronomat Evolution with Blue face but as the B01.I have been wearing my Blackbird(Chronomat) going on three months and it is by far the most comfortable watch I own. The Chronomat as the EVO is also a beautiful piece.
Just my opinion so go with what you like.
Best health, Frank

I'd Love a Panerai, but it's out of my budget unless George or Fear can provide 1 around $4K.

I'm eyeing a Chronomat Evolution but its a little similar to my Super Avenger.

So I guess, it might come down to the CSO or Omega Planet Ocean 45mm.

Does anyone have any experiences with the Omega Planet Ocean in regards to movement reliability, Omega Customer Service, and Bezel wear?

JP

I would go with Evolution, Breitling's best selling watch..

As for Panerai, keep checking For Sale on watch forums - I see some Panarai watches popping up around $4K.

I wouldn't get any of the watches you listed.

Having a SuperAvnger eliminates the need for the other Breitling Chronos.

The only Omega I would own would be a Speedmaster. Their other models are too hard to live with. The bracelets don't fine adjust and the they have some quality/design issues...

I would consider an IWC Aquatimer on strap...

I would definitely go with the blue face Chronomat Evolution, TT version.

I've seen mint pre owned PAM 111/112's go for $3500-4000 on Paneristi.

Thanks Guyz for posts.

I've decided to go for a Blackbird as my 3rd and final time piece.

It's sooooo beautiful!

I'm off to Honolulu in March.

Where can I grab one from there?
