BUSA doesn't cover Canada so it's different. Go into your AD and ask for one - they'll be in a box out back.

There's no registration in Canada, that's a BUSA thing. Hats are sent to ADs based on sales.

Do all the warranty booklets have registration forms or only the ones destined for BUSA?

Its not part of the warranty booklet. Its a separate little card that gets filled out and mailed in.
