Hey Justinluv, congrats !!!!

by the way u can try and explain to ur friends that blings r not simply watches, they r professional instruments and pieces of arts! :D though i doubt they will ever understand, but at least you will get the satisfaction of giving it a try :D

enjoy ur watch ... sorry ... i mean ur professional instrument :)

You know what? I can totally relate to that comment. I often do treat them as pieces or art and I'm sure the care I lavish on my Breitlings makes my g/f jealous at times!

It's funny because I've been into watches in general for a good 15 years or so and Breitling for around 12 of those, and while I've owned and handled a good few different makes in the past, none of them "move me" in the same way as Breitlings do. OK so they don't use in-house movements like Rolex, and yes they aren't as limited, rare (or expensive) as a Patek, and sure they can be a lot less understated than an IWC or Jaeger, but none of that matters to me. When I handle a Breitling it just does something for me that no other brand manages to do.

I don't think twice about where I wear my knockaround Omega, but when it comes to my Breitlings I treat them with total respect! maybe I'm a nutter, but I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one on here!

(PS - sorry for semi-hijacking this thread)

I love my watch and everyone I show it to now under stands why i picked that one. I think you really have to see it in person to appreciate it. I wipe it down in the morning and a at night, and after a week I give it a little bath. Then it goes to sleep it its case every time when I don’t have it on, and then I hide the box it in my room. I’m thinking about getting a safe for it, because you can never be to safe. I don’t EVER want to misplace it or get it stolen that is my biggest fear. My G/F got mad because i spent so much on it, but she just does not understand.
