I recently bought an SA but noticed that the retailer didn't fill out the section "Retailers name, address and signature" in the booklet.

They filled in the reference numbers and the booklet does have the AD name and country perforated.

Is this OK or does that section need to be filled/stamped?

It really should be FULLY completed by the AD as Breitling sometimes assume that it may have been bought from a grey market dealer, and hence may not honour warranty claims unless you can prove it came from the AD directly (i.e. via a till receipt). If you only bought it recently I'd go back and ask them to complete it fully - just saves any potential hassle later.
