I'm picking up an EVO in the next day and I was wondering if I could order and swap the conventional bezel with a diamond bezel in the near future?

Would it be cheaper to just order with one (I don't want to wait!) or would it be a wash in the end?

Looking forward to add a Ling to my collection.

It is no problem to swap the regular bezel for a diamond bezel later on. I'm not sure I follow you on the ordering though. Do you mean that you want to order an extra diamond bezel when you pick up the watch? In my opinion, if you're getting a diamond bezel it should be a Breitling diamond bezel. Looks much nicer than the custom made, but is also quite a bit more expensive. I'm not completely sure that you can order a separate factory diamond bezel, but on the other hand I don't see why you couldn't. Anyone might want to spice up their watch after a while...

For the cost I suspect that bezels follow the same guide as bracelets and straps. It is better to take the most expensive alternative with the watch and order the less expensive one separately. The total cost of (for example) a SA with bracelet and strap will be cheaper if you order the SA on a bracelet and then order the strap later (unless you come to a package deal with everything at once, I guess). After all these mumbo-jumbo words - if you want a diamond bezel and the cheapest solution, I think you should order it together with the watch.

I mean that I want to pick up the watch without the diamond bezel (with the conventional bezel) and then would like to order one a bit later from Breitling. I want to get used to wearing it for a bit before I change out for the diamond bezel. It would give me the option of a everyday watch that I could dress up when I wanted to.

I'll probably pick up a leather strap and deployant from my AD at the same time.

With all this stuff I'm hoping they will work a bit beyond the 15% as I'm also probably ordering another in the next few months.

I'm beginning to understand the rage regarding Breitling..... :D
