just back from holidays and wound down my 2000 chronomat. Its was not done as per requirements above, it was just take off winder and put in a safe place. By my estimate i ran for 51 hours. I wounder is this normal. . . . . Or is it getting over charged on the winder. Its only winding for half of 24hrs so is has a 12 hour rest.

It's impossible to overwind an automatic.
