I have a pin-striped Airwolf and I have been wearing it since I bought it (used) in Jan this year.

However, last weekend I noticed that there was a slight play in the bezel, enough to annoy the daylights out of me :guns:

Is this something I should be worried about or it is something 'cosmetic' that can wait for the battery change/next service?

Thanks in advance.

It's been mentioned on here a few times, and provided the play is less than a mm then it's perfectly normal. Its because the bezel on the Airwolf is geared and not a friction fit like a Navitimer. The necessary play in the gears to allow it rotate means that it will always have a slight bit of play.

Of course if it's more than a mm then you may have an issue, so in that case it'd be a trip to an AD.

Thanks! The play is definitely less than a mm, probably less than the thickness of a strand of hair............. but enough to drive me nuts!
