I am in Central Texas, Waco to be specific, and the AD was a local jewelry shop.

Maybe I am just being too much of a cheapskate here, and I am trying really hard not to get too excited and just spend the extra dough. I was hoping to find a like new similar to the three or so I saw sell on here within the last few weeks. They went for a little under 2K. I am cool with going over that mark, for a new one, but full retail wasnt happening.

Thanks for the advice on the size. I think I am going to heed the advice of those with experience, and get the 46.

Youre not gonna get 2k for a new one, but if you can manage about $2500-2700 you did well. Dont think youre a cheapskate either. I dont think that there is even one of us here that has bought a B without a discount (well, maybe there is, but you get the point).

No such thing - these are expensive watches that aren't paid for in Monopoly money. But if the store in Waco won't budge, you really should contact jnelson as suggested above so you can contact Govberg. I have no experience with them but everyone who has swears by them.

And after you do , you can wear that awesome watch back to that jewelry store while you pretend to look for another.

^^ X2 Exactly!! I love doing this. If you got it, flaunt it. (At a discount that is.)
