Hi guys i need help i bought a breitling super avenger last week from dealer, i have noticed the date changes at 4am is this normal or has the watch got a fault? please let me know asap as i will bring it back to dealer soon as possable if faulty?

Two possible reasons, one simple, one worrying.

1st and simplest, the hands were put on wrong.

2nd and worrying, the quickset date has been used between 8pm and 3am and damaged the date change mechanism.

I would assume the former if it always changes at the same time and the date changes correctly through all dates.

That's not normal at all. There's something wrong with your watch, due to :yeahthat . Take it back to the dealer and get it fixed.

is 8 seconds after midnight within reason ... thats what my B01 is doing on a regular basis.

lol that's almost within cosc spec, u got nothing to worry about (if it consistently change during that time every day). i've had other breitlings that change right at 12, 5 min after 12, a process from 11:30-12:10...all kinds.

the 4am is troubling, i had a navi that did that at 3am every day...broken wheel date busa replaced it within warranty.

Yeah, I'd take that in, my SA changes exactly at the time it's supposed too.

Ran some tests on my Superocean. It changes between -1:30 and +:45 around midnight.
