Selling off my B!??
I have been thinking about 'flipping' my B!. Since buying my latest watch, I have pondered the thought often. This would clear the way to help pay for my new purchase... Well, Tonight I thought it would be nice to wear it again, seeing that its vacation and all.

Seriously, it didnt take more then opening the box to realize that I must be utterly CRAZY to even be contemplating selling it off. Not only did I go through hell to find a mint example but I had to wait patiently three months directly after buying for the necessary Breitling service .. The purchase itself was also a grand story.
What also makes this second hand B1 so nice, is the box and papers... After the first owner got the watch in 2002, he put the whole lot aside and never touched it. The box and papers show no sign of use whatsoever. Even the corners of the box are crisp and unworn!!!

Yes sometimes we get crazy ideas in our heads dont we....

Its nice that you don't feel you need the money released from this piece. It would be a real shame to feel forced into selling a watch you love.

I've recently sold 2 Breitlings to help pay for DSLR's and lenses. I wouldn't say I felt forced or really miss either, but it would have been nice to have kept the Aerospace. Its 'the' watch that got me into the whole Breitling thing.

My Airwolf however will hopefully never be sold. I'd rather down grade my car than sell that watch any day!

A nice B1 is deffinitely a keeper IMO. Good choice 8)
