I was in my AD today and they have one final Blacksteel that just came in - definitely the last one.

The AD said that they cannot discount and will therefore only sell for Canadian $4,550 plus tax.

If anyone wants contact details feel free to PM me.

I managed to pick one up brand new from my AD in the UK last weekend, well my wonderful wife bought it for me for my Birthday!

...................and I bought a black leather strap to go with it as I prefer it comfort wise over the rubber diver.

Sweet Stefan! Have you transferred the clasp to the strap, or is it with a traditional clasp?

I've left the clasp as is. I did think about changing them over but the black steel one has quite a chunky pin on it and I don't think it would necessarily fit in the holes of the leather strap. I find with the watch you either see the main body or the clasp, never the two at the same time!

Did you happen to get the LE number? Just curious how close they are to the end of the model run. Seems that we got quite a fair share in Canada. There are at least 4 I know of, including mine, that were sold at AD's here in Vancouver.
Cheers,
Carl

Don't know the number - mine from the same store is 1419 and that was 3 months ago.

This store has sold 3 and now has this one as their last one. From what I understand from the AD it's also likely the last one into Canada - La Swiss is owned by Grigoros who are the Canadian distributor so they generally have accurate information. Of course there may be some others still in AD stock.

If anyone on the South Coast of the UK is interested in a Blacksteel, the AD "Ernest Jones" in Portsmouth has one in stock. £3045.
