The Breitling Watch Source Forums

I had cause to speak to Breitling UK today (I was asking about service costs and sending watches in direct instead of going through my AD) and I have to say they were without doubt the most friendly and helpful "big" company that I've ever spoken to.

The phone was answered immediately, I was put through to the right area instantly, and I was on hold for probably all of 5 seconds in total! The lady I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable, and to be honest it was an absolute pleasure to talk to them. Well done Breitling!

It's such a shame that more companies out there aren't as helpful.

Totally endorse your comments Driver8, Have spoken to Nicky Reynolds their Customer Service Manager a few times and she has always been more than helpful. The service you receive from Breitling UK is a credit to the Breitling name.
