If you were reporting this to eBay, what would you say are the obvious problems?

No model number is provided, but the seller's other two watches, both Rolexes, are as queer as a football bat . . .

well all is wrong here ? case, dial, sliderule, faux chrono with incorrect subdial functions

You don't get enough space in the report form on eBay to detail what’s wrong, so all you need to do is alert them that the watch is a fake and say something like "Breitling has never made that watch".
