I've got a question about this 1946 Breitling, should the lugs be drilled through? I've seen a lot of them of that era that are, but I'm not sure what year Breitling stopped doing that. Would this be consistent with a 1946? I don't have it available today, but will post pictures of the movement soon.

This restoration looks like it was fairly well done - but I'm a novice. Any information anyone could offer will be greatly appreciated.

One more question, what model is this - a premier/chronomat?

lugs on the 18k 46 ref. 760 were not drilled out originally, but had lug-mounted pins.

Those do break, so you might see drilled through holes due to repairs, many SS pieces of the period like the 765s had holes drilled through the lugs.

The 760 was part of the Premier line, but only later had the Premier logo on the dial, Chronomats had the sliderule.

Not totally convinced this dial has not been refinished, not a dial design I have seen on a 760 ?
