So, lets get a reference list going to give others a starting point when sizing their OR strap.
Tell us your wrist size and how many tabs you cut off the strap.

OK, I'll start...since I just cut mine to fit. I have a 7 1/8 bony wrist and I cut off 2 tabs on each side. It is very snug on the tightest fine adjustment, so on a cold day this may be good. And I have plenty of loosening adjustment.
I must say, this OR strap is pretty impressive. The deployment clasp is awesome..the fine adjustment is too cool. Very comfortable and stout enough to balance out the weight of the watch.

My suggestion would be to set the micro clasp adjustment to the centre of it's range (to allow for your wrist to expand and contract depending on the temp), then just go very slowly and cut off one "tab" at a time, and test fit it on your wrist after each one. If you cut off more than one tab, make sure you alternate each side of the strap, so they end up being symmetrical. (Obviously if you cut of say 5 tabs, there will be 2 on one side and 3 on the other, but you get the idea).
