Hi guys, just wondering n curiousity.
I bought my SA from the AD.
When i was there, there were no SA and AD made a call n offered to bring down the watches.

AD spoke to a person called X which had the same name when i was at another AD
So i guess they get the watches from same source.
Which is X

When watch arrived in the box, there was no plastic on bracelet.
Plastic was on the breitling wing logo on the clasp, lugs, sides of watch.
In addition the breitling plastic sticker was on caseback.

Was wondering is this really a BNIB or some display set elsewhere?
Any idea can we tell?

Chain ADs may move stock from store to store as needed, otherwise it will come from the distributor. If the watch is mint then don't worry about it.

If you're so uncertain, why not bring it to the Breitling distributor in your country? For sure they will tell you whether you got the real deal, or something from the night market.

He bought from an AD so there's no issue of it not being legit.

I know, but it seems he didn't buy it with confidence, hence all his questions in this forum.

It's a bit hard to ensure that you're necessarily getting something either straight from the factory or a dealer's vault. It's perfectly conceivable it had been on display somewhere, but watches on display are for sale, not some separate set. As Roff says, if on close inspection the watch is mint that's the salient issue.
