Hey All
Question for you. WHen you sell a watch that is still under warrenty , does the warrenty transfer? I am talking about breitling. If not is there a way for the person buying the watch to get warrenty service is needed?

THanks

The warranty transfers with the watch assuming that the warranty booklet is provided. Nothing more needed unless it's an Emergency / Emergency Mission which requires the new owner to sign the declaration about use of the transmitter.

What if the warranty booklet is not available but a copy of an invoice showing a recent service has been performed on that watch in the past year? I assume that would be okay as well for transfer?

If the invoice says that the watch comes with a 12 month warranty. If the invoice and service warranty are separate and the invoice doesn't mention any warranty then I guess it's open to interpretation. However, within the same market the Breitling service facility should have a record of when the last service was completed and would likely honour the 1 year warranty.
