I really like the new site. I think Breitling have done a really decent job there.

That said, I'm still not a fan of the new naming convention of the ranges - 10 "ranges", plus the Professional line, so 11 in total.... it's too much IMO. The old 4 ranges (and the 4 before those) were much better.

I like the new naming convention. Under the old convention, you had fewer ranges, but just as many models, leading to confusion among newer customers as to what it all meant. (E.g., "I think a Windrider Chronomat is the big Chronomat.") Sure, now you've got more ranges, but they're more intuitive, imo. The Chronomat range contains all the Chronomats, the Galactic range all the Galactics, etc. It makes sense to me. Now, if they can just get the actual watches back to where I like them....

It bothers me when a major company like Breitling do not have a customer service area complete with faq's, service phone numbers and email and other feel good stuff. Also I don't see any of the service videos that were on the old site.

I can't get the DC3 or jet team video screensavers to download to my Mac. Keeps saying that decompression failed. :(

Hello,

All the videos are here, see "made by Breilting" on the top of the screen (movment, case, dial & hands).

So the http://2011.breitling.com was the new Breitlng's website we saw 2 days during August this year, perfect.

Best regards,

Challenger_fr

No sooner do they come out with a faster website than they start tacking on the promo videos at the start, so I have to wait until I can skip them. Old habits die hard, evidently. On the other hand, I've been grooving to Breitling Radio for a while this afternoon. I keep expecting some rather effeminate man named Ramon is going to call my name, take me to the shampooing sinks and give me a mint-oil scalp massage while my stylist finishes with her current client. (Ah, those were the days...back when I had hair.)

As I still can't download Breitling World Time.

The Configurator seems to work though.

Several more little bugs, too.

But I do like the new site. I find it much fresher than the old one.
