if i was to sell my breitling would i have to go to the dealer to transfer the ownership info ?

Not unless it's an Emergency or Emergency Mission, for those you can get a form from an AD that the new owner fills in.

Ok cool thanks a lot bro I thought u had to change ownership of all the models because its an expensive band watch
